Shipping Policy

Ordering: 

We process your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After placing an order, most orders are processed quickly and forwarded to the warehouse for fulfillment within minutes. We cannot cancel or modify any order after 60 minutes of being placed. If you are within that timeframe and need to make a change, please use this link to contact us .

Shipping:

We want to make shopping easy and affordable at GotPetSupplies.com. Orders placed before 10 AM EST Monday-Friday will ship that same day, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 10 AM EST or on Saturday & Sunday will ship the next business day.

The business day after shipment is counted as the first day in transit. We only ship to the United States. Our carriers pick up packages Monday-Friday. Sorry, we do not currently ship internationally.  

If your order happens to be lost or damaged while in transit, please don't hesitate to contact us. We want to ensure you receive your items in good condition, and we'll gladly send out a replacement order if damaged or lost in transit. We're here to help and ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us.

Please note that all items are shipped according to our shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

If the carrier's tracking records indicate that your package has been delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. You must file a claim or complaint directly with the carrier in this situation. Please refer to the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
