Return Policy

What items are returnable?

  • We want you to be more than satisfied with your experience with us. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return.

  • Return request must occur within 14 days of delivery. Returned order must be received by us within 30 days of original order date. 

What items are not returnable?

  • Due to COVID-19 and FDA recommendations we are no longer able to accept returns on any Pet Food, Treats, Pet Carriers, Kennels or Consumable pet items. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to return to our standard return policy as soon as possible. 

  • An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment and or refuse delivery, our return policy applies. Initial and return shipping charges may apply.  

  • Items that have been used and or are not in the original box or packaging. 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • There are no additional re-stocking charges or fees for a return.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there's an error in what we shipped you and or the product was damaged during transit. In some cases, returns on orders that received free shipping may have the original shipping charges deducted from the refund. 

How do I return?

  • Click the Make A Return button below and enter your order number and email address.

  • Follow the online instructions and select the items you want to return.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and return label.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
