What is Autoship?

Autoship lets you schedule regular deliveries of your pet supplies, so you never run out of pet food or other essentials and treats ever again.

How Do I Manage My AutoShip

You can access your auto-ship at anytime by clicking on the following link. Manage AutoShip

How do I cancel my Autoship?

Go to Manage AutoShip, log into your account and select the item(s) in your Autoship under Active Subscriptions, and click the "Cancel Subscription" link at the bottom of the page. This will cancel all future shipments of your Autoship for this item.

Please note that an auto-ship order already processed for shipment cannot be canceled.

How much is shipping?

Orders over $49 ship free! All other orders ship for a flat rate of $5.99

How long does it take to get my order?

Most customers can expect to receive their order within 3 to 5 days once the order is shipped.

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via FedEx to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

No – at this time we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international addresses. We currently only ship within the contiguous US
