Run About Ball Hamster Dazzle

I originally thought I was buying a blue hamster ball- it’s on my son’s checklist for a future hamster and he has no idea he’s getting one for Christmas- but when it arrived it was actually purple. I emailed for help and customer service rep Lauren was kind enough to look through their inventory and saw there was a blue ball in stock and promptly had it mailed to me at no charge. I didn’t read at the bottom in the description of the product where it actually says colors are selected at random. It was entirely my bad, but she sent out a blue one for my son. He is going to be SO thrilled when he opens his gifts. Will 100% recommend this company to all my animal loving friends and family. Thank you so much!
