Petware Paw Print Bunny

When I first placed my order, I had been under the assumption that each of the Petware Paw Print bowls were colored for a specific animal.

As the "Bunny" bowl was pictured as Blue, I thought to myself, perfect, since it already fit my rabbits habitat color scheme. Unfortunately to my surprise, when I received my order I discovered the bowls came in a variety of colors.

I contacted GotPetSupplies.com and asked for a refund and explained my reasoning. I also suggested that they might want to add a comment about asking for a specific color so future customers wouldn't run into this problem.

Diana @ GotPetSuppiles.com answered my contact quickly and courteously. I got a full refund and noticed that they had already updated the website. Even though I did not end up with the product I was hoping for, the pleasant experience in dealing with GotPetSupplies.com support has made a come-back customer out of me for any future needs I may have.
