Our team normally ships orders received by 10:00 am that same day Monday-Friday or within 24 hours, however, due to the increased volume, there may be a slight delay and we ask for and appreciate your patience.
Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools, businesses) or post office boxes.
On each product page there is a delivery estimate just below the “add to cart” button. This is an accurate estimate of when your order will arrive plus or minus a day.
You may choose an option for FedEx Home Delivery 2-3 day delivery once shipped. Keep in mind that this is from the time of shipment and not the time from placing your order. We ship orders Monday through Friday. The business day after shipment is counted as the first day in transit. Our carriers pick up packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

For most items we are still able to process returns. However, some items may not be returnable. Pet food, treats, and similar consumable products are not returnable.
