FAQs about Orders and Deliveries
1. Orders?
Our team typically ships orders received by 10:00 am (EST) the same day Monday-Friday, or within 24 hours. However, due to the increased volume, there may be a slight delay, and we ask for and appreciate your patience.
Due to the current order volume, we can only make changes or cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing the order. If you need to make a change, please use the contact us link within that time frame, and we will do our best to help you.
2. Delivery Estimates?
On each product page there is a delivery estimate just below the “add to cart” button. This is an accurate estimate of when your order will arrive plus or minus a day.
You may choose an option for FedEx Home Delivery 2-3 day delivery once shipped. Keep in mind that this is from the time of shipment and not the time from placing your order. We ship orders Monday through Friday. The business day after shipment is counted as the first day in transit. Our carriers pick up packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
3. What's the status of my order and delivery?

4. Can I still make returns?
Most items we are still able to process returns. However, some items may not be returnable. Pet food, treats, and similar consumable products are not returnable.
